Thesis Title: Structural and initial Permeability studies of nano crystalline
Lix Cu0.12 Mn0.88-2x Fe 2+x O4 Prepared by Combustion Technique
Focus and Content of the thesis
In this research the LixCu0.12Mn0.88-2xFe2+xO4 (x=0.00–0.44) nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized by the combustion technique. All toroid and disk shape samples are calcined and then sintered at various temperatures (1150°C,1200°C,1250°C,1300°C,1350°C) for one hour in air. Structural and surface morphology are investigated. The magnetic properties of ferrite are charecterized with high frequency (100Hz-120MHz) complex permeability. The effect of Lithium substitution and sintering temperature on the complex permeability of these ferrites are discussed in this thesis.
